New Orleans, LA (June 8, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident in the New Orleans area ended in injuries. At around 7:40 a.m., on June 6, emergency crews were notified that an accident took place on Interstate 10.
Reports from the New Orleans police show that a collision took place on the westbound side of the interstate during the morning hours. The incident blocked the two left lanes of Interstate 10 near Crowder Boulevard, causing some congestion in the area.
EMS provided medical treatment to injured victims at the scene before transporting them to nearby hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
