Meraux, LA – 58-Year-Old Man Dies in Structure Fire on Margaret Ln
Meraux, LA (August 18, 2021) – A man was found dead after a structure fire in Meraux on Tuesday, August 17.
The deadly fire occurred at a residence located on Margaret Lane. Reports from local authorities indicated that the single-family structure suffered fire, smoke, and heat damage throughout. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene to help extinguish the blaze.
Emergency responders were called to the scene. After the fire was put out, officials located a deceased 58-year-old male inside. The identity of the deceased party has not yet been revealed at this time. No further updates on the deadly blaze have been made public.
