Baton Rouge, LA – Injury Accident Reported on Greenwell Springs Rd
Baton Rouge, LA (May 24, 2021) – Authorities in the Baton Rouge area responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that ended in injuries. On May 22, the Baton Rouge Police Department and firefighters were notified that an accident took place on Greenwell Springs Road.
Crews arrived at the scene, just before 6 p.m., and located damaged vehicles near the dead-end of the roadway. Crews went to work immediately on securing the area to prevent further damage or injuries.
At least one person involved in the accident was transported to a local hospital for medical care. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
