Baton Rouge, LA – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-110 near I-10
Baton Rouge, LA (May 28, 2021) – Authorities were called to the site of a motor vehicle accident in the Baton Rouge area that ended in injuries. Just before 4 p.m., on May 24, the Baton Rouge police, firefighters, and EMS were requested at the scene of an accident on Interstate 110.
Reports from the police show that a collision occurred on the southbound side of the interstate near the area of Interstate 10. The incident blocked the right lanes of the highway, causing delays expanding back to Capitol Access.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
