Bossier City, LA (April 29, 2021) – One child was hospitalized following a dog attack in the Golden Meadows subdivision earlier this week. On April 27, authorities were called to the site of an incident on Hollyhock Lane.
According to reports, a K-9 officer with the Shreveport Police Department escaped out of their yard in the 5400 block of Hollyhock Lane and attacked a 5-year-old child.
The child sustained undisclosed injuries in the incident. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
