Red River Parish, LA (April 24, 2021) – An explosion incident reported just west of Coushatta sent two people to area hospitals with injuries. On April 22, emergency crews were called to the scene of an explosion at the ADA Carbon Solutions plant located in the 200 block of Red River Mine Road.
According to reports, an explosion occurred in the structure during the early afternoon hours. The incident left two people with burn injuries. The two victims were transported to area hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation. Our thoughts are with the victims who were injured in this accident.
